We carefully prepare and package every order from My Body My Business. Please review our processing, shipping, and local delivery information below.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Details
Standard shipping is $7.99 through USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. We currently ship within the United States only.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within 5 miles of Elk Grove for $10 and is free on orders of $60 or more. Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
Order & Delivery Issues
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. Carrier delays may occasionally occur after shipment.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, nearby neighbors, and USPS before contacting us.
